Oliver loves the Civil War. He knows all the facts, the trivia, and he is a re-enactor. He can't wait for the big history project. But then he is forced to work with Ella, a very strange girl who gets terrible grades, and they have to research a nobody - a private who died of a disease before ever seeing battle. But maybe there is more to war than the battles and the victories. Maybe there is more to people than what you see on the surface.
I really enjoyed this one - good history but also a story of friendship as well.
