Listening for Lucca by Suzanne LaFleur

Sienna and her family decide to move to Maine where things are more relaxed.  Maybe that will help Lucca, Sienna's 3 year old brother, start talking again.  Maybe it will help Sienna's anxious and dare I say weird behavior.

Maybe....but as soon as they get there Sienna starts seeing and hearing people from the past.  This isn't the first time but it is the first time one has actually "possessed" her.  When she picks up the pen that belonged to Sarah she writes Sarah's story.  At night she dreams and sees what happened to Joshua.  Can she save Sarah and Joshua?  In doing so can she help her brother Lucca and herself.

This was a great book!  I really enjoyed the insights into Sienna and her anxieties and then when she helped Sarah, Joshua, and Lucca she learned about how people learn to cope with their anxious thoughts.  I even cried :)

Ribbett....
