The Seventh Most Important Thing

Let there be no question - I LOVED THIS!!!

When Arthur Owens takes out his anger and frustration about his dad's death on an innocent Junk Man he has no idea that the consequences will change his life forever.  Instead of an extended stay in juvie, the Junk Man (Mr. Hampton) asks Arthur to do community service for him.  Arthur neds to help Mr. Hampton collect the seven most important things and build his "Throne of the Third Heaven".  IS Mr. Hampton crazy?  A sick old man? Or an artistic genius?  As Arthur collects the items and helps Mr. Hampton he discovers what is truly important and finds redemption.

Beautiful story and I loved that it is based on a real Mr. Hampton and his artwork.  This fact would make for a wonderful tie in and research.  I loved this.
