Peter Lee idolized his big brother. But when his brother died his family fell apart, especially his mom. Peter hopes that by playing baseball he can get his mother to take an interest in things again.
There was a lot to like about this book. Peter and Ba in particular were good characters. There was an extra subplot about girls playing sports. I just wish there had been more hope for mom.
