I have mixed feelings about this book. In places the writing was beautiful but in other places I found it odd. I loved the Maine connection and anyone really interested in coyotes and wildlife in Maine would enjoy it. My biggest concern would be that it is such a quiet book. Not sure how many of my students would actually enjoy it.
