Quirky, funny, and spooky at the same time. The children in town love playing in an old house (even though they are not supposed to) so when a mysterious old man moves in they are really bummed. But then he builds a fantastic play structure and soon all the children from all over the area are coming to play. The children are having a fabulous time and singing Dr. Fell's praises and even though injuries are frequent Dr. Fell is a great doctor and the kids heal quickly. But 3 of the kids are suspicious - especially when one child falls from the structure and appears dead, and yet looks perfectly well the next day after seeing Dr. Fell. Is Dr. Fell who he says he is? Can our three "urchins" learn the truth before it is too late?
