I have enjoyed all the Percy Jackson books. I love Rick Riordan's style of writing - love the sarcasm. This look at the Greek gods was quite enjoyable - very thorough and full of interesting tidbits. I already have this is the library and students who enjoy the books have been interested in this book as well.
My main purpose is reading and reviewing books is to help determine is a book should be on the Maine Student Book Award. So - this book. While good it is quite lengthy and will probably not appeal to students who have not already read the Percy Jackson books or are into mythology. Loved the book but not for our list.
