Jade is really not happy about spending the summer in Wyoming with her Aunt Elise but once she experiences the wonderful Wyoming nights and makes friends with Roy she settles in. Roy believes he is related to Butch Cassidy and is trying to emulate his hero and something get back his parents hardware store which went out of business due to a chain hardware store. He has a lot of grand plans which I was glad Jade talked him out of (robbing a bank, stealing and selling art on eBay).
The book moves fast which is a plus but I didn't really feel connected to the characters and I wasn't overly wowed by it. There was nothing wrong with it but there also wasn't anything great about it.
