I had heard of Babe Didrikson before but didn't know much about her at all. This book was well-researched and informative. I feel like I know Babe a lot better now.
The question is - does that translate to a book that I need to have or want to have in my school library? First of all I have grades 1 - 5 so I think the book skews a but old for my audience. I also don't think my students are that interested in the topic... Good book but not for my purposes.
