Beautitful illustrations and poetry celebrating the life of Fannie Lou Hamer, I didn't really know anything about her so I enjoyed the content of the book and the insights. My only note was that I wish there had been more about her singing and how that inspired the movement. It was mentioned but as a singer I would have liked more.
