Finally took the time to read this one. Grace has just lost her mother and is being sent to live with her grandmother whom she has never met. She knows her grandmother sent her mother away before Grace was even born but she doesn't really understand why. Can the two connect and cn Grace come to terms with her mother's death.
This was a nice book. It was quiet for the most part and seemed a little slow in spots but overall I liked it.
