Oddly Normal is half witch and half human. She has no friends and her parents are pretty clueless. On her birthday when Oddly makes her wish she wishes her parents would disappear - and they do!! Now Oddly has to go to Fignation with her Aunt to try to figure out what happened. Will she fit in better there.
I actually really liked the book until the end because it just ended... Yes, there are sequels but I truly hate when the book just stops (you have heard the rant before). I would probably get it for school if I can get the others at the same time but I am not a fan of that type of writing.
