I am sure I have some Scaredy Squirrel books in one or both of my school libraries. I am not sure how I have missed reading them up to this point. I thought both were very cute. I enjoyed the squirrels planning and the humor is subtle at times which I like. I can definitely see putting out the Halloween book at the beginning of October or even using it as a read aloud. Very cute,
