Uninvited Guest - Ninja Librarian Blog Tour

This is the first time I have tried to do this on an iPad and it's about 4 am.  In the book a mongoose is accidentally taken on their journey.  The question this week is what animal you would take on your own travels.  I have had a dog, a cat, and grew up around horses but I wouldn't say I am one of "those people".  I love frogs but they wouldn't really make good travel companions.  I am not really a big fantasy reader but love The Dragonriders of Pern series by Anne McAffrey so I am picking a dragon.
