Inhuman by Kat Falls

What a fun ride.  In this dystopian book there is a terrible virus that has infected many people and causes them to acquire animal characteristics and eventually go mad or feral.  When they do they bite other people, infecting them.  In order to combat the virus a huge wall has been built and people not infected live on one side while the others live on the other side.  At least that is what the "safe" people believe.  When Lane finds out her father has been traveling to the feral zone and could be executed she risks her own life to do a task that might save him.  She does not find what she expects on the other side.  Instead she sees that things are not quite as she was led to believe and finds out the truth about her father and the ferals.

This is the first in a series and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Ribbit...
