This short book contains a lot of information about the grosser aspects of American history. Lois Huey talks about the smells, the bugs, the germs, and other nasty aspects of early American life. The information was good and as promised, gross. I think if your library does not already have a similar book then you should have at least one like it. I happen to already have several similar books so don't really need to get another one.
